Complaints and suggestions
Happily, most of our patients are satisfied. But it is always possible that you may be less satisfied about certain matters. You can always discuss your complaint with us. After all, if we are not aware of your dissatisfaction, we can’t find a solution together with you.
If you have any complaints or suggestions for improvement for our practice, please fill in the complaint form. One can be collected from the office reception or downloaded below. You can return the completed form to the reception or send it to us by email: email@example.com
If you cannot satisfactorily resolve your issue with the GP or if you do not want to discuss your complaint directly with our practice, then turn to the Primary Medical Care Complaints and Disputes Foundation (Stichting Klachten & Geschillen Eerstelijnszorg, SKGE). The Foundation can provide an independent complaints officer to support you with expressing your complaint. For more information, visit the SKGE website.
