New GP information system and patient portal

From Thursday July 25th, 2024, we will have a new GP information system with a new patient portal. The current Uwzorgonline portal will be discontinued as of today, July 18th, 2024.

In the week of July 22nd to July 26th, we will be available for emergency consultations only. From Monday July 29th we will resume our normal consultation hours.

Welcome to the website of General Practice van Raalte in Amsterdam Zuid.

The office is just around the corner from the Roelof Hart Plein in the Medisch Centrum Roelof Hart. Along with the GP practices, the centre also houses a laboratory, a pharmacy and physiotherapists.

The practice provides traditional family doctor care in a modern setting.

The practice is open 5 days a week all year round.

Via the patient portal you can arrange many matters online. For example, make an appointment, request a repeat prescription, or ask the GP a question via
e-consult.

Register
The practice is closed for new patients. Family members of current patients are allowed to register.
